"Newtypes" are human beings trying to become independent from the computer "Zygam Bold" that mentally controls the earth in the 21st century. However, "Zigam Bold" sensed the movement and launched an attack. Dr. Sakazaki, two boys, Lei Yu and a girl, Kazunori, ride on the High Mobile Sentai Mecha "Volgard II" to intercept. Although it was inevitable that he would be outnumbered by the giant battleship, Yuu's friend Nobu had a quick wit to infiltrate "Zigam Bold".
