After dreaming of the Japan depicted in the drawings of her mother's diaries, the Italian girl Karina decided to immigrate to Japan! She ended up living in a certain village in Nara prefecture, but the person she would live with was a werewolf. While living with the werewolf Akatsuki, the "people" Karina encounters and her daily life help her remember the important sights of her childhood.
