简介

Shoto is a 20-year-old part-time worker struggling with his first love (rejected but still friends) with his high school best friend. Suddenly one day he was unemployed because the restaurant he worked part-time at went bankrupt, and at the same time he discovered there was something floating under his butt. He decided to go to a dermatologist for a check-up when he met Hizuki, a dermatologist - and after an appointment with this doctor, he discovered that the doctor was also in an unrequited love like him.
