After seeing his parents off to confront the dictator, Esper dons a suit of armor created by Dr. Atsushi, and using his seven powers, crushes the Basiut's plans to invade the earth! As mentioned in the description, this is a manga adaptation of a tokusatsu series. This is also Matsumoto's work for Weekly Shonen Jump.
