Shirasaki Tsugumi, a student at Shiomi Academy, starts activities to make school more fun by using the "Library Club" as a venue. However, Tsugumi's straightforward personality makes her clumsy and causes trouble for those around her. Sakuraba Tamamo, who intends to watch over Tsugumi, ends up escalating her doting behavior.
