Kurata Mugi is unlucky, even on her supposedly lucky day she manages to attract a lot of unfortunate situations. One of them is lending her umbrella to a perfect stranger and catching a cold herself. Turns out this stranger is a school mate of hers who tells her that there is no use in waiting around to get lucky - rather luck is something you actively take for yourself.
