줄거리

Kappei Sakamoto, a small and fussy first-year student at Seirin High School, is a problem child who loves girls and pure white panties. One day, he finds out that he is peeking into the girls' locker room, and ends up being chased by the lifestyle guidance teacher. He takes refuge in the gymnasium where the basketball team is practicing, and shows off his extraordinary reflexes. The captain of the basketball club anticipates this and recommends him to join the club...!?
