Hikaru Teruya, 6 years old. One day, just before he starts elementary school, his uncle Yohei comes to visit the Teruya family living in Tokyo. On Utamijima Island in Okinawa, where Youhei lives, the only elementary school student has to transfer, and the islanders are worried that the school will be closed and the village will be closed.
