줄거리

Raise yourself today, and tomorrow you will be closer to your dreams—Narukami Zero, a boy who lives a cheerful life without giving in to bullying, is encouraged by "Raise Up," a motto he shares with his older brother Yuu, a surgeon. Then, one day, an Alteration Burst suddenly occurs, and the "Knockers," who have acquired superpowers as a result, start committing heinous crimes. Zero is attacked by the Knockers, who turn into murderers, and awakens a new superpower...
