あらすじ

Keisuke Ozawa is a modified human. To help him with his heart disease, his grandfather (a mad scientist) modified him. When his emotions become intense, he becomes the "Black Tulip" who fights against the evil that disturbs the world peace! To save his childhood friend Yoshimi, he continues to fight against the "Black Pearl", a secret society of evil!
