あらすじ

In the suburbs of M City, a town full of people with unusual personalities, all kinds of extraordinary slapstick incidents are taking place on a daily basis. Gambler Itou Kaiji lives as a NEET and is treated as a useless member of society by the people around him, but he is unable to reform. In the meantime, Akagi Shigeru (13), Akagi Shigeru (19), and Akagi Shigeru (Man of the Divine Realm) are living as part of the Akagi residence and causing trouble around them.
