Kaneko Sachi is a poor but hardworking girl that's prone to bad luck. After moving out from a haunted apartment, her next place is also suspicious… turns out, there's a Zashiki-warashi living there. However, he's a weird one - instead of a lucky shut-in child, there's a no-good adult! Follow the everyday life of human and youkai weirdos living under one roof.
