In a town that lives side-by-side with monsters, the city hall has a "Crisis Management Division, Special Natural Disaster Section". Misato Miyazawa is an Onmyouji who has been hired to work in the "Crisis Management Division, Special Natural Disaster Section", commonly known as the Mononoke Trouble Section. When he loses his home on his first day in the new town, the man who offers his help is a freelance Buddhist mountain monk who calls himself Ryouji Karino...?
