あらすじ

A little boy named Ruben accidentally awakened the long-dormant essence of God. The manifestation of the essence took a form according to Ruben's imagination who liked to draw and create superhero figures. From there, VOLT was born, a superhero who can control electrical elements, even lightning. As a manifestation of the God's essence, Volt is now fighting to uphold truth and justice in this country.
