あらすじ

A mysterious disease with no known cause or cure suddenly spreads, and the patients are culled because of the enormous damage they cause to their surroundings. A few years later, two people with opposite ideas who belong to a special team that deals with the disease, called the "Special Man-made Calamities Disposal Team," cause a turmoil...?!
