あらすじ

In the 15th year of the Meiji era, Shiro Saigo (17 years old) moved from the countryside of Fukushima Prefecture to Tokyo with a strong ambition. This was a time when a storm of freedom and civil rights movements was raging in the streets, and various ideas were confused over the enactment of Asia's first modern constitution, the Meiji Constitution.
