あらすじ

In the near future, public order is maintained by the Sibyl System, which quantifies and manages people's souls. Detectives judge <latent criminals> before committing a crime with a gun <Dominator> that measures the numerical value <crime coefficient> related to crime. Arata Shindo and Kei Mikhail Ignatov, are newly appointed rookie inspectors of the Criminal Division 1. Feeling uncomfortable with the crash of a large transport drone that they are in charge of, they start their own investigation and find the shadow of the criminal who planned the accident...!?
