あらすじ

Sports journalist Tachibana visits the training camp of the Los Angeles Dodgers in Major League Baseball, where he meets Soichiro, a Japanese player intent on being promoted to the majors. Coach Howard, seeing Soichiro's pitches, lack power but excellent control, has him play in an intrasquad game, which also doubles as a test for promotion to the majors.
