あらすじ

As high schools continue to consolidate due to the declining birthrate, Mitsurugi Chiruchiru becomes the student body president of the private Pardon High School, also known as Par High, and is asked by the principal to carry out a "revolution" to make Par High a more attractive school. From that day on, the student council, led by Mitsurugi, embarks on a daring restructuring program under the banner of "revolution."
