あらすじ

Born in 1876 in Inawashiro, Fukushima Prefecture, Seisaku Noguchi (later Hideyo) spent his childhood as a timid boy due to a burn on his hand from falling into a hearth when he was young. However, one day when he was seven years old, Seisaku wrote an essay for school about his girlfriend's mother, Shika, who was poor but worked from early in the morning until late at night, and for the first time, his girlfriend's teacher praised him. After that, Seisaku works hard at his studies and eventually goes to an upper elementary school, but... A much-talked-about work depicting the turbulent life of the great man Hideyo Noguchi!
