あらすじ

Kyotaro, the son of the king of inventors, Dr. Edogawa, controls the invincible giant robot No. 13 built by his father and confronts evil scientists and aliens that threaten the peace of the earth!! An authentic science fiction manga. Yet, it has a somewhat surreal and taste that can only be attributed to Yoshiteru Takano, who released the mysterious work ``Baby Empire'' in the 1950s. The setting is Japan in 1955. Thanks to the efforts of No. 13 and Kyotaro, they are able to repel the attacks from the space dog Liger and the orgone planet bug, but an evil scientist from S country, Toy, stands in their way.
