The story depicts the married life of Gije and Sheryl, characters from the anime " Space Runaway Ideon, " as well as the daily life of their neighbors, the Jordan family. While it borrows characters from "Space Runaway Ideon," the world setting is unrelated to "Ideon." It 's a slice-of-life manga set mostly in 1980s Japan ( and probably Yokohama , Kanagawa Prefecture).
