あらすじ

On an island called Psycholand, anything a person thinks of becomes real, so all the inhabitants have machines implanted in them to suppress this phenomenon. However, there are some people with powers too strong to be suppressed by the machines, so individuals with special abilities called "Creators" protect the island's safety.
