Synopsis

Keisuke Kaneda is a top-performing sales executive at cosmetics giant Soseido, cruising along a flawless corporate career—until he loses a brutal internal power struggle. Suddenly demoted, he’s reassigned to manage the company’s biggest liability: the underperforming women’s corporate sports team, the “Asterias.” Now serving as their general manager, Kaneda must somehow whip this chaotic squad into shape. The team is anything but ordinary: a flashy, gyaru-style judo athlete; a stoic long-distance runner; a sharp-tongued, tsundere blonde tennis player; and a pair of volleyball-playing childhood friends—one clueless and bubbly, the other shy and reserved, both unusually tall. With a lineup full of strong personalities and zero cohesion, Kaneda faces an uphill battle. Together, they aim to defy expectations and rise from the bottom to the top—a true underdog story of rebellion and redemption.
