Synopsis

Mizuki is a high school girl living on the north side of Hanamikoji in Gion. The north side of the street is a pleasure quarter full of hoskabas, and is the opposite of a quaint tourist area. Mizuki is asked by Hikaru, the manager of a club she knows, to read The Tale of Genji for him, but she can't quite grasp the emotion of 'ahare'. One day, Mizuki goes on an adventure in Kyoto with Koume, an aspiring maiko...?!
