Synopsis

The engine roars! The earth rumbles! Chaotic speed on the Sunrise Float! He speeds! Champion Hitaka Ken! He drives the Fire Falcon and brings down the lawless drivers! In response to the increasing number of traffic accidents caused by out-of-control cars, the government has built an artificial floating island, Sunrise Float, off the coast of Izu, a lawless zone where any accident that occurs is not considered a crime!
