Synopsis

(from ebookjapan): The Tokugawa Shogunate is on shaky ground in the capital of Kyoto, where a number of terrorist assassinations by overthrowers of the shogunate have occurred. An elite group of ronin was recruited to crack down on them. The name of the group is well known as the "Shinsengumi"! The members of the Shinsengumi gathered under the command of the well-liked Isamu Kondo and those who admired the Mito ronin Kamo Serizawa. On the way to Kyoto, a dark battle between the two factions had already begun at the Honjo Inn!
