Synopsis

Kondo takes over from Igarashi, who won the national championship, and becomes the new captain. In the quarterfinals of the spring tournament, a player is ejected due to rough play, and despite the efforts of the underclassmen, they lose a close game. Sumitani Junior High School lost a game they could have won. However, they have found a solution to their long-standing problem of strengthening their player base, and they work hard at practice, vowing to take revenge in the summer tournament...!!
