Synopsis

Postwar Japan boasts of its prosperity. However, behind the scenes, unexplainable crimes continue to occur!　Masaki Urashima and other members of the "Historical Research Institute," who possess various supernatural powers that transcend time, travel through time and space in pursuit of these mysterious criminals! *NOTE:* The author hasn't updated the series in years and while it is on hiatus, it is mostly likely discontinued with its currently ongoing series serving as a remake, Tokyo Alternative, according to sources.
