Synopsis

One day, in Nakachi, a local earthquake occurs, and simultaneous sightings of mysterious discs and suspicious figures just follow. Two high school girls accidentally witness the secret activities of a mysterious person and become involved in an alien invasion plan. The Earth Defense Force's secret weapons are the only ones that can stand against the alien weapons, which even the JSDF weapons are ineffective against. However, the defense forces are also civil servants and all invasion responses are carried out at a bureaucratic pace, which makes the two protagonists feel uneasy. The girls then steal the equipment of the defense forces and launch a counterattack of their own. As the title suggests, this work is set in Takikawa City, Nakasorachi, a Hokkaido district. However, at the beginning, it is stated that the names are all fictitious and have no relation to real names of places or people.
