Synopsis

Lee Seong-jun was always a good person. And with a smile on his face, he ran the country into the ground. Wasting a 5,000 trillion won budget to chase approval ratings plunged South Korea into its second IMF crisis. His life as the president who ruined the country over, Lee Seong-jun finds himself 30 years in the past. He returns to find a budget proposal — riddled with dirty tricks, corruption, and blatant self-interest — being pushed through the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
