Synopsis

The seat next to Makoto's seat in the first year of high school is always absent. But finally, three months after the entrance ceremony, he finally shows up. But Billy, aka Misato Honjo, doesn't wear the prescribed uniform, rides around on his motorcycle, likes rock music and women, and causes a ruckus in the school! Makoto is appalled and angry, but Billy, the important one, just dodges like the wind. One day, a college girl comes to the high school and pushes a baby on him, saying, "Billy, it's your baby!"　 This is a pure coming-of-age story of Billy, who is not bound by anything.
