Synopsis

This is a master craftsman's story that depicts the conflict between an old craftsman, his daughter, and a young successor who tries to preserve the "spirit of Japan. In addition to the title story, there are five other short stories: "Kaidan Tale: Chai," a memoir-like short story about a coffee shop; "Hypnos," a story about a lover's past through hypnosis; "You Went Flower Stealing, Huh?," a manga adaptation of a famous song by Bun Nakamura; and "Charging Cameraman," about a man who takes pictures of the battlefield.
