Synopsis

On the 150th anniversary of his birth, this manga depicts the life of Aubrey Beardsley, a heretical painter who died at the young age of 25, and his glory and downfall. In England at the end of the 19th century, Beardsley, a 21-year-old young man, visited novelist Oscar Wilde and said, "I would like you to paint me a picture." I would like you to use one of my paintings in "Salome." Wilde was surprised by the sudden offer, but fell in love with Beardsley's fearless attitude, bewitching charm, and unparalleled talent.
