Synopsis

Reiwa wisdom overturns Edo-era decrees! A modern lawyer appears at the public inn, exploiting loopholes in the established rules to judge Edo—A grand legal action drama set in Edo, unleashed by the powerhouse team of Takashi Tajima (Kabahchitare!) and Yasumi Hoshino (Tetsuya: The Man Called the King of Mahjong)! Shinomiya Ben, a judicial trainee and aspiring lawyer, is assigned to gain practical experience at a police station as part of his training. However, on his first day, while witnessing an investigation into ancient human bones discovered at a former execution site, he is suddenly transported back to the Edo period.
