Synopsis

Collection of inter-linked stories. 1. Kikyo After losing her job, a woman in her mid-twenties returns to her hometown in the countryside and has an unexpected encounter. 2. Large Small World A junior high school girl, who has a cram school teacher for her boyfriend and a delinquent girl for her best friend, keeps skipping class, but still does her homework. What could be her reasoning? 3. Mother Ship The truant girl's mother tells the story of her youth, her love and her life. 4. Sandwich Blues A 32-year-old middle-school teacher leads the same lonesome life she had during her elementary school days.
