Synopsis

High-rank parties chasing out their own party members because of their low stats has recently become a common trend. A young man named Aizen, feeling dissatisfied about the current status supremacism, has decided to gather the outcasts who were expelled due their low stats, and establish his own guild together with them. "Are you kicking them out of your party? I'm going to recruit them then!" A person's abilities isn't limited to their stats alone. The "weak" will bloom and become "strong" using of their latent abilities, their "hidden skill"!
