Synopsis

The Hinosaki family has built its position and fortune by exorcising magatsu. Riko, is the eldest daughter of the Hinosaki family, but she is a failure at exorcising magatsu. Her younger sister Ruri, who is renowned as the family's greatest prodigy, uses her as a tool to relieve stress, and even the servants make fun of her. The day comes when Riko becomes useful for the first time. It is a sacrifice, called 'a bride for the chief of the Ayakashi'. The chief of the ayakashi is rumoured to be ugly and cruel. However, she meets an Ayakashi who is as beautiful and bewitching as the full moon. What does Suho, the chief of the ayakashi, have hidden from Riko?
