Synopsis

During a biology class at school, a live frog was dissected. Manami, a high school girl who is not good at dissections, accidentally stabbed the frog's heart and killed it...! After that, Manami began to be attacked by strange phenomena. As Manami shuts herself in her room in fear, a teacher with a creepy smile appears before her...!?
