Synopsis

Southtown is a town swirling with crime. Two men set foot here, the invincible dragon Ryou Sakazaki and the strongest tiger Robert Garcia! While his father has long been missing, his younger sister Yuri has been kidnapped. Ryou and his friend Robert defeat a series of fighters in Southtown, take down the town's boss, Mr. Big, and then clash with Mr. Karate, an unbeaten karate practitioner who uses a mysterious form of extreme karate. Can Ryou and Robert rescue Ryou's sister?!
