Synopsis

Toranosuke Takeda is a doctor of engineering who works in a laboratory at Towa University in Tsukuba Science City , Tsukuba City , but he has trouble talking to beautiful women and remains single at the age of 38. His colleague, a doctor of biology named Kimura, suggests that he become a test subject for genetic engineering . He initially declines, but then, wanting to be popular with women, he becomes a test subject. However, a minor mishap causes him to produce a deadly poison in his body, turning him into "Fugu Man."
