Synopsis

Hanzo, the leader of the Iga Shinobi Army, leaves Iga no Sato to participate in the World Heroes, which unfortunately failed to win last time, because he wants to fight against strong fighters. At the World Heroes venue, Hanzo reunites with previous tournament participants Fuuma and Jeanne, and meets Ryoko, who will participate in the World Heroes for the first time in this tournament. However, the true purpose of World Heroes was to scout martial artists who had achieved good results in the tournament as human weapons by the evil organization Damned, who planned to conquer the world.
