Synopsis

The man's name is Aozora Kanjiro. A professional baseball player in his 25th year of his career. His nickname is "Lonely Blues." His only obsession is hitting home runs as far as possible. He transfers to the perpetually last-place Shonan Seagulls under the precarious conditions of "annual salary of 2.5 million yen plus performance bonuses." A fresh start in a seaside town, beginning a new life with his three children. But soon after moving, he gets into a fight with the town's neighborhood association chairman and is ostracized by the village...!? Everything he does is chaotic, causing great trouble for his family and teammates! ...But, surprisingly, he has some good points!?
