Synopsis

April 2029. While Kusanagi Motoko and Aramaki were preparing to establish Public Security Section 9, a string of incidents broke out across the United States. As the FBI, AI researchers, and the military pursue the cases, they bear witness to a certain clash: the Solomon-class AI carrying the fate of humanity VS. Project 2501, commonly known as the "Puppet Master."
