Synopsis

After suffering the setback of being demoted and expelled from the Shogi Association, a training institute for professional shogi players, high school student Gintani Yuzuki quit shogi. However, when his classmate Yoshikane Rorin, who he learned was once a Shogi Association member, made him realize that he still had feelings for shogi, he decided to play shogi again. As a member of the shogi "club," but without the aim of becoming a professional. This is the story of the youthful revival of a boy who was unable to become a professional.
