Synopsis

The popular four-panel comic strip, "The TV Watcher's Counterattack," serialized on the highly-rated "Almost Daily Itoi Newspaper," has been published as a book. Familiar celebrities, athletes, and announcers engage in improbable interactions in unlikely combinations. The author is Kiyokazu Arai, considered the best in Japan at drawing people's faces. All 100 stories include commentary (or perhaps casual chat?) from the "Almost Daily Men's Club" led by Shigesato Itoi. There are also new comics drawn exclusively for this book.
