Synopsis

Lloyd is an "advisor" who has supported the most powerful adventurers' guild from the shadows. He is able to see through people's hidden qualities and has helped many talents blossom with his accurate "advice. Unfortunately, however, he is treated as useless and banished. His fate changes when he meets Elise, a D-class magician. At first glance, she appears to have no talent, but she is a master of the elementary magic "water ball"! Before long, Lloyd founds a new guild. The idea is to gather people with unfavorable qualities and discover their talents. With the power of advice, even the most humble of players can become the strongest!
