Synopsis

Tetsuo Kuroiwa is a special teacher who belongs to the First Special Guidance and Education Division under the Ministry of Education, and is authorized by the Minister of Education to use firearms. This man, whose age and background are all unknown, travels from school to school, punishing problematic students and teachers! As long as there are students in trouble there, Kuroiwa will be assigned anywhere!
