Synopsis

Once there was a middle school that had stirring and abundance and violence in Nagano Prefecture. As a president, the male "Ru Otsuka" has been assigned. He wander the status quo that historical presidents and teachers have seen and embark on anger and transformation... He will stop "transformation" while being interrupted by school interests and ununderstandable people. We introduce the half-life of the battles of “Tsuka” Otsuka who has achieved a lunch revolution in an easy-to-understand way.
