Synopsis

A suspected Ars24 variant patient escapes, and Professor Jeong Yoo-hyeon searches for him in a village where they encounter a strange, ominous man. As they continue their search, they discover the man's appearance and the patient's symptoms are linked, and time is running out to stop the virus from spreading.
